Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
Filling:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add milk mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Roll dough into a 16x20-inch rectangle. Spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture.
- Roll tightly lengthwise. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased 9x13 pan. Rise for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
