  • 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.

Baking

  1. Generously oil a large baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Gently transfer the dough to the sheet, stretching it to fill the pan. Drizzle with additional olive oil and dimple the surface with your fingertips.
  3. Let dough rise for 1-2 hours until puffy.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and rosemary. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serving
